We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Project Purchase Professional with strong expertise in CAPEX & Project Procurement, particularly in Rolling Mill Projects and ARC Procurement.
? Key Requirements:
✅ Strong exposure to Rolling Mill Procurement
✅ Hands-on experience in ARC / Annual Rate Contract Procurement
✅ Proven experience in large-value CAPEX Procurement
✅ Strong exposure to Greenfield / Brownfield Steel Projects
✅ Excellent Techno-Commercial Evaluation & Negotiation Skills




✅ Robust Vendor Development & Management experience
✅ Expertise in cost negotiation, commercial terms, contracts & PO management
✅ Ability to handle high-value procurement packages independently
✅ Strong Leadership & Team Management skills
✅ Excellent coordination with Projects, Engineering, Finance, Quality & Operations
