Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site event coordination and periodic work-from-home. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion, including developing event timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics such as venues, vendors, and technical setups. The Event Manager will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define event objectives, ensure alignment with sustainability goals,



and deliver high-quality attendee experiences. Day-to-day activities include overseeing registration and communication, managing on-site operations and staff, monitoring event performance metrics, and supporting post-event reporting and follow-up. The role also involves close coordination with digital marketing teams to promote events, drive engagement, and enhance FluXPO Media’s brand presence.

Qualifications

Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Stakeholder management and client service abilities, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Operational and organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving under time constraints.
Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and technical support.
