Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, including offices, campuses, gyms, hostels, and hospitals suitable for Nibblish installations.



Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new locations. The role also involves building strong relationships with partners, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with operations and product teams to optimize kiosk placement and product mix. The Sales Manager will be expected to develop local market strategies, represent Nibblish at events or networking opportunities, and provide regular sales reporting and forecasts.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or field sales, ideally in FMCG, retail, or workplace solutions.
Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
Ability to analyze local market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
