Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and models, and coordinating designs from early concept through detailed design and execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with interior designers and visualization specialists, preparing construction documentation, and ensuring that designs align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards. The role involves regular site visits,



coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project progress to maintain design integrity and quality. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, contribute to design presentations, and support continuous improvement of studio processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Ability to collaborate effectively with interior design, visualization, and execution teams.
Experience with construction documentation, building codes, local regulations, and coordination with site teams.
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, building systems, and sustainable design practices.
