Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Panchkula, responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations and ensuring service excellence across client sites. This role manages operational teams, supervises deployment and scheduling, and ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards,



and legal requirements. The Senior Operations Manager collaborates with clients to understand their needs, customizes operational plans, and monitors performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role includes handling incident response, risk assessments, and reporting, as well as coaching and developing staff to uphold LiveSecure’s values. The Senior Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within security, facilities, or related service industries.
Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management skills, including performance management and staff development.
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage multiple sites or projects.
Excellent communication and client relation
