Role Description The Market Research Analyst at Kamakhya India will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decisions related to menstrual health products and social impact initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in The Nilgiris includes designing research studies,



conducting surveys and interviews, and monitoring market trends related to sustainable products, women’s health, and livelihood programs. The analyst will prepare clear reports and presentations, identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate potential partnerships and new markets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into product improvements, outreach strategies, and impact measurement frameworks.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in Market Analysis and Market Research, with experience designing and executing studies.
Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities for working with quantitative and qualitative data.
