What this role is about: Delivering aptitude training that actually prepares students to explicit quantitative and problem solving screening rounds at companies and not just teaching formulas for the sake of it.

Who we're looking for: Someone who understands that aptitude tests are pattern-recognition problems, not math problems.
We're looking for someone who can review a student's mock test and exactly tell us what is going wrong.

The detailed version

Aptitude is one of the most common filters students face in placements at top agencies, and analytics companies. Yet most aptitude training follows the same pattern: topic-by-topic formula delivery, practice from standard books, one mock test. Students who already have math confidence do fine. Students who don't, which is most of our cohort leave knowing a formula they'll forget under pressure.

At Kraftshala, we believe aptitude should be taught the way companies actually test it: timed, with deliberate traps, and with a clear framework for which questions to attempt first, which to skip, and which to guess on.

We're looking for someone who can help us continuously improve this and ensure students are genuinely ready on the day of the test.
