Job Requirements
Location : Kolkata

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP ECM/OpenText Enterprise Content Management implementations and support.
At least one end-to-end SAP ECM/OpenText implementation project.
Solid hands-on experience in:
SAP OpenText Extended ECM
OpenText Content Server
SAP ArchiveLink
SAP Document Management System (DMS)
Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Expertise in document lifecycle management including:
Document creation
Classification
Version control
Approval workflows
Archiving and retention policies
Experience integrating ECM solutions with SAP business processes and modules such as:
SAP MM
SAP PM
SAP FI
SAP EHS
SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of workflow configuration, document indexing, metadata management, and search capabilities.
Experience working with authorization concepts, audit requirements, and compliance controls for document repositories.
Ability to prepare and review:
Technical Specifications
Solution Design Documents
Test Scripts
User Guides
Knowledge Transfer Documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
