Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales for Hospitality inbound role based in India, with a mix of on-site work at Ocean Group hospitality properties and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves handling inbound inquiries from prospective guests and corporate clients, providing information on resort offerings, room types, packages, and services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.



The Sales professional will manage reservation requests, prepare and follow up on proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems, and coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Daily responsibilities include responding to calls and digital inquiries, upselling services, monitoring booking pipelines, and supporting promotional campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and revenue management to align sales activities with pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or hotel/resort inbound sales, reservations, or customer service, with robust guest relationship management skills.
