Role Description The Sales Lead (B2C Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving consumer sales and building strong relationships with families using MagickWorld’s platform. This role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to conversion and post-sale follow-up, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.



The Sales Lead will guide families through MagickWorld’s offerings, explain value propositions, and respond to inquiries via in-person interactions, phone, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and identifying opportunities to improve sales processes. The role also involves mentoring and training junior sales team members to support consistent, high-quality B2C engagement.
Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse customers and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships with families.
Demonstrated Sales experience in B2C environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Sales Management and Training skills to guide, support, and develop a small sales team.
