Role Description The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to safety standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves coordinating production activities, and optimizing resource utilization. The Floor Manager will be responsible for resolving operational issues,



and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The role also includes training and guiding team members, enforcing standard operating procedures, and reporting key performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with floor staff, supervisors, and management.
Experience in Operations Management, including scheduling, workflow planning, and production oversight in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to packaging or industrial products is an advantage.
Understanding of workplace safety regulations and quality control practices.
