Anand Seamless Limited makes cold-drawn seamless steel tubes, heat exchanger tubes and finned tubes at our plant in Kadi. We supply OEMs, boiler manufacturers, PSUs and export customers.
What you will do
You will run day-to-day production at our Kadi plant and report to the Plant Head.
Break the monthly plan into daily and shift-wise targets for the supervisors
Track actual output against the plan every shift and flag problems early
Keep material moving between drawing, annealing, finishing, fin-tube and dispatch
Follow up on rejections and rework with supervisors and QA
Make sure raw material, dies and tools are ready before the shift starts
Coordinate with maintenance to keep breakdown time low
Send a daily production report — output, rejection, downtime, machine status
Maintain safety, housekeeping and 5S on the shop floor
What we are looking for
Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
7-10 years in a manufacturing plant, with at least 2 years handling supervisors
Experience in tube, pipe, bright bar or similar engineering units preferred
Comfortable with ERP entry and Excel reports
Good Gujarati and Hindi; basic English for reporting
Living within daily travelling distance of Kadi
