Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding processes,



and assist in communicating HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may involve coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting benefits-related documentation, and preparing basic HR reports and presentations. Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist with compliance and employee queries.
Skills in Personnel Management to help maintain accurate employee records and support workforce coordination.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
