Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our real estate sales team at Borivali East.
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a strong Channel Partner (CP) network, generating qualified site visits/walk-ins, identifying new business opportunities, and driving lead generation through channel partners, corporates, societies, and other market sources.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, excellent networking skills, and proven experience in channel partner sourcing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:




Develop and maintain a strong network of Channel Partners / Real Estate Brokers in Mumbai.
Identify, onboard, activate, and manage new Channel Partners for the project.
Build and execute monthly strategies for Channel Partner activation and lead generation.
Conduct regular meetings and field visits with channel partners to generate business.
Generate qualified site walk-ins and property leads through the CP network.
Build relationships with corporate groups, housing societies, local businesses, investors, and other potential lead sources.
Explore and activate institutional channel partners and property consultants.
Conduct market research to understand competitor projects, pricing, customer trends, and market opportunities.
Develop innovative sourcing and lead-generation strategies to increase project enquiries and site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and closing teams to ensure smooth conversion of sourced leads.
