Role Description The Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day operations related to customer service, sales support, and branch administration, ensuring smooth functioning of business processes at the Jajpur location. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, supporting cross-functional coordination, preparing reports, and assisting in implementing company policies and compliance standards. The role involves guiding team members,



addressing customer queries, supporting loan and financial product processing, and helping drive local business growth. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jajpur, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
Strong skills in operations management, process coordination, and administrative support.
Capability in customer relationship management, query resolution, and service quality enhancement.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and basic financial understanding of lending and insurance products.
Competence in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and team support.
Comfort with MS Office tools and core digital productivity applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or insurance is preferred.
