About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Program Manager to manage new product development programs, lead APQP activities, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, customer communication experience, and understanding of automotive product development processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities for current product development projects.
Prepare and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.




Coordinate with customers for technical discussions, project updates, and requirement clarifications.
Act as a single point of contact between customer and internal departments such as Design, Quality, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain.
Organize internal project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
Manage and coordinate for documentation related to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc. with all functions
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product launch activities.
Monitor risks, delays, and escalate issues proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per customer expectations.
Maintain MIS reports and project status dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering.
4–5 years of experience in Program Management /NPD in automot
