Accounting, Financial Reporting & Compliance

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of relevant post qualification
experience to manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, statutory
and regulatory compliances, intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing, and
audit coordination.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with Indian subsidiaries of
foreign parent companies and/or US-incorporated entities, with robust knowledge
of accounting standards, taxation, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting.
The role will also involve team handling and coordination with overseas
stakeholders, auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and review end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR,
journal entries, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and
month-end/year-end closing.
 Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, management reports, variance
analysis, and financial reporting packs.




 Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, statutory, corporate, and
regulatory requirements.
 Maintain awareness of changes in Indian laws, regulations, accounting
standards, and other applicable compliance requirements.
 Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations, including related-party
transactions and balance confirmations.
 Coordinate and support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and
related-party requirements.
 Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, transfer pricing, and other audits,
including preparation of schedules and responses to audit queries.
 Coordinate with foreign parent companies, overseas finance teams, auditors,
CPAs, tax advisors, and other professional consultants.
 Support accounting and reporting requirements for US-incorporated entities,
wherever applicable.
 Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, SOPs, and
compliance processes.
