Role Overview
The Business Development Intern will play a key role in driving founder acquisition and ecosystem partnerships. This role goes beyond basic outreach and focuses on structured lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and conversion support. The intern will work closely with the leadership team and contribute to tangible growth metrics. Performance and execution quality will directly influence impact and incentives. and target potential founders, startups, and ecosystem partners Execute structured outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess alignment Maintain systematic folow-up cycles to improve conversion rates Support partnership discussions and onboarding coordination Maintain CRM data with accuracy and performance tracking Assist in refining outreach scripts, positioning, and acquisition strategies Provide weekly performance updates and insights.
