Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Daund. This position supports end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for various academic and operational roles. The intern assists in maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers,



and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include supporting hiring events, preparing interview materials, and helping with onboarding and basic training coordination for new team members. The role also involves collaborating closely with the HR and academic teams to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and productive recruitment process.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
