Role Description The White Label Business Manager – Apparel is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for developing and managing white-label partnerships for menswear collections. This role includes identifying potential business clients, presenting product lines,



negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing end-to-end onboarding of white-label partners. The manager will collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to align product assortments with partner requirements, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality standards. Daily tasks involve monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends in India and GCC regions, managing pricing and margin structures, and preparing business reports and forecasts. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating custom branding and packaging needs, and supporting strategic initiatives that expand the brand’s white-label footprint.
Qualifications
Business development and account management skills, including experience in B2B apparel or fashion partnerships.
Strong commercial understanding, covering pricing, margins, negotiation, and contract management.
