Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer will deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions, designing secure, effective, and personalized fitness programs for clients with varied goals and fitness levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments,



demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring client progress, and adjusting training plans as needed. The trainer will provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits, collaborate on transformation and special medical condition programs, and participate in group classes or workshops when required. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe training environment, accurately documenting sessions, and building strong professional relationships with clients. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design individualized workout plans.
Proficiency in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training styles and performance goals.
Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide clients with basic dietary guidance and support overall well
