Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Account Manager role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Account Manager will oversee day-to-day management of client social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms.



Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring engagement and audience growth, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with content creators and designers to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and recommending optimizations based on insights and trends. The Social Media Account Manager will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and maintain a skilled, on-brand digital presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media management and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).
Experience with content planning, basic copywriting, and coordination with design and video teams for visual storytelling.
