Role: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecalling)

Location: Gharuan, Mohali | On-site

Employment: Full time | Permanent

Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,500/month + Incentives

Role Summary

Counsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls daily
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process
Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles
Handle objections and convert leads into admissions




Achieve daily/monthly admission targets

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree
1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Telesales, or Lead Conversion
Education/EdTech experience preferred
