Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role at THE LITTLE GENIUS (LG) is a full-time on-site position based in Bathinda. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities with K–12 schools, educational institutions, and distributors, while nurturing relationships with existing clients.



Daily responsibilities include meeting with school administrators and decision-makers, presenting LG’s product portfolio, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets. The role involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting revenue, gathering market and competitor insights, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also represent LG at education fairs, conferences, and regional events to strengthen brand visibility and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
Robust sales, business development, and account management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Experience in the education sector, publishing, or edtech, with an understanding of K–12 school operations and decision-making processes.
