Role Description The Legal Manager – Real Estate & Land is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing legal aspects of land acquisition, project development,



and real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. The Legal Manager will oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and local land policies, and coordinate with external legal advisors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence on land and property titles, advising on risk mitigation, supporting transaction structuring, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation. The role also involves contributing to legal strategy for projects, supporting dispute resolution, and providing clear, timely legal guidance to leadership and operational teams.
