Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. This full-time, in office role in Rajpura involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management activities,



and assisting in training and development coordination. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, preparing HR reports and documentation, and working closely with management to support workforce planning. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with teams across the organization to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and basic HR analytics.
Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR processes.
Strong Employee Relations capabilities, including conflict resolution, counseling, and engagement initiatives.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to logistics or industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification
