Role Description The General Manager Marketing will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to strengthen Royaloak’s brand presence and drive store and online growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves developing annual and quarterly marketing plans,



overseeing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives. The role includes leading market research to identify trends and customer insights, managing budgets, and optimizing marketing performance through data-driven analysis. The General Manager Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, retail operations, merchandising, and design teams, while mentoring and managing the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful go-to-market activities.
