Associate Producer (BD)
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–5 years
PTF is looking for an Associate Producer to build new business, maintain existing agency and brand relationships, and help take projects from brief to shoot.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and creative teams.
Generate recent leads, bring in briefs, and convert opportunities into projects.
Stay close to existing clients and proactively grow those relationships.
Work with directors and the production team on pitches, treatments, budgets, and proposals.
Keep the pipeline moving from first conversation → brief → pitch → production.
Be involved on shoots, represent PTF on-ground.
What we’re looking for




2–5 years of experience in ad-film production, preferably in Mumbai.
Agency experience is a plus.
Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
Commercially minded with a good understanding of creativity and production.
Comfortable both in client meetings and on set.
Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
