Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and accountable Social Media Manager to manage our clients’ social media accounts, content, and day-to-day communication.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of accounts, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing deadlines, and staying updated with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.
Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Static Posts.
Write captions, copy, and campaign content.
Research trends, competitors, and new content formats.
Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and other team members.
Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination.
Collect client requirements, feedback, approvals, and necessary information.




Ensure content and deliverables are completed on time.
Follow up with clients and internal teams on pending tasks.
Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned accounts.
Proactively identify and resolve delays or issues.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and account growth.
Requirements
1+ year experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Strong content writing and creative thinking.
Good understanding of trends and social media formats.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with creative teams.
