Responsibilities
- Manage daily booking, scheduling, and delivery of grooming and vet appointments
- Drive service sales and convert leads into bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on repeat bookings
- Coordinate groomers and vets to ensure appointments run on time
- Resolve customer issues and maintain service quality
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Robust communication and coordination skills
