Role Overview -
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and support the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in social media, creators, and digital marketing, along with good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign requirements.
Conduct creator outreach and coordinate with influencers regarding campaigns, commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
Maintain and update influencer databases and campaign trackers.
Coordinate with creators, brand teams, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Assist in preparing campaign proposals, creator shortlists, and presentations.
Follow up with creators and ensure timely submission of content, scripts, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign progress and maintain regular status updates.




Track campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and developments in the influencer marketing industry.
Build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
Freshers with a strong interest in influencer marketing are welcome to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Good research and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Strong interest in creators, social media trends, and digital content.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
