The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who is a genuine expert in Meta Ads and lives by ROAS. This role is about effective, profitable growth, not vanity metrics. You'll own our Meta Ads account end to end: strategy, execution, creative testing, and budget optimization, with a relentless focus on driving ROAS up while scaling spend.
What You'll Do
Own Meta Ads Manager end to end: campaign structure, audience strategy, budget allocation, and daily/weekly optimization
Set and hit ROAS and CAC targets for a high-ticket, gifting-led catalog (bar tools, serveware, vases, corporate and wedding gifting)
Run structured, ongoing creative and audience testing (broad vs.



interest-based, lookalikes, retargeting, dynamic product ads)
Build audiences and campaigns around occasion-based demand: weddings, festive gifting, and corporate gifting cycles
Work closely with the design team to brief and iterate on ad creative that performs while staying true to the brand's luxury aesthetic
Track and report performance weekly using real numbers: spend, revenue, ROAS, blended CAC, and contribution margin, not impressions or reach
Use AI tools where relevant to speed up creative iteration, testing, and reporting
Support Google Ads and basic SEO efforts where needed, though Meta Ads and ROAS ownership is the core of this role
What We're Looking For (Required)
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with real budget ownership, ideally for a D2C or e-commerce brand
Proven ability to improve ROAS over time, with real numbers you can walk us through
Deep comfort with Meta Ad
