Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Tendering and Estimation professional based in Recent Delhi.



The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil and structural projects, including high-rise buildings, bridges, and infrastructure works. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing drawings and specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, evaluating material and labor requirements, and coordinating with procurement and engineering teams for accurate pricing. The position also requires preparing tender documents and technical proposals, reviewing contract conditions, tracking ongoing bids, and supporting negotiations with clients and vendors. The professional will collaborate closely with project managers, maintain updated costing databases, and ensure that all estimations align with company standards, safety norms, and client expectations.
