Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital UV Printer Operator who can operate UV printing machines for printing designs, patterns, and images on almirah panels and furniture surfaces. The candidate should have good knowledge of UV printing, panel alignment, colour accuracy, and basic machine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Digital UV Printing Machine for printing on almirah panels.
Print designs, images, patterns, and textures accurately on /metal almirah surfaces, as applicable.
Properly position and align almirah panels before printing.
Set machine parameters according to the material and required print quality.
Check design size, orientation, alignment, and colour before starting production.
Monitor printing quality and ensure there are no colour mismatches, lines, spots, or printing defects.
Handle and load/unload almirah panels safely.
Perform regular cleaning of print heads and basic machine maintenance.
Check ink levels and ensure proper ink usage.
Identify and resolve basic machine and printing problems.
Maintain proper production and wastage records.
Coordinate with the Design and Production teams for daily printing requirements.
Complete assigned production targets within the required time.
Follow all company quality, safety, and production guidelines.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience as a UV Printer Operator preferred.
Practical experience in printing on furniture/almirah panels will be an advantage.
Knowledge of UV printing machines and printing processes.
Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW / Photoshop / Illustrator preferred.
Valuable understanding of colour matching and print quality.
Basic computer knowledge.
