Role Description The Export Sales Agent is a full time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The role involves managing international sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with overseas customers and distributors to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating export documentation, working with freight forwarders and shipping lines for ocean shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
The Export Sales Agent will handle customer service issues related to export orders, maintain accurate sales and shipment records, and collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics. This role also includes identifying new export opportunities, monitoring market trends, and supporting compliance with relevant export regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with international clients and internal teams.
