Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the annual brand, communication and marketing plan, aligned with product launches, trends and festive calendars.
Own masterbrand positioning, identity, tone, messaging and brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead integrated campaigns across TV, print, digital, social, retail, events and BTL.
Manage creative, media and production agencies and the end-to-end marketing calendar.
Drive digital, social, influencer, performance and e-commerce marketing in coordination with internal and external teams.
Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to drive brand pull and sell-through across General Trade, Modern Trade and E-commerce.
Lead brand-building initiatives across North, West and East India.
Plan and execute brand activations, launch events and consumer engagement programmes.
Track campaign ROI, brand health, consumer insights and category trends, providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Content, PR,



Design and other stakeholders on consumer-led opportunities.

Requirements
7–11 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing with strong consumer brand-building experience.
Experience in FMCG, Footwear, Apparel, Lifestyle, Consumer Durables or D2C.
Proven end-to-end ownership of national/multi-region brand campaigns.
Robust expertise in ATL, Digital, Performance, Social and Retail/BTL marketing.
Experience managing creative/media agencies and collaborating with Sales & Product teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong consumer research, brand-health, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
MBA / PGDM / Post-Graduate in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Hindi proficiency for North/Central markets; additional Indian language is a plus.
Experience in celebrity/ambassador-led campaigns and large-scale festive marketing.
