Data Scientist – Nexthink | Azure | AI Agents
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with hands-on experience in the Nexthink platform, Microsoft Azure, and AI Agents to support a remote, part-time engagement.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working with endpoint/IT experience data from Nexthink, applying data science and AI techniques, and developing intelligent agent-based solutions on Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Nexthink platform to analyze endpoint, digital employee experience, and IT operations data.
Develop data-driven insights, models, and analytics using Python and data science techniques.
Design and implement AI Agents / agentic AI solutions for IT operations and data-driven use cases.
Work with Microsoft Azure services for data processing, AI/ML, integration, and deployment.
Build and optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows.
Apply machine learning, statistical analysis, and AI techniques to identify patterns and actionable insights.
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data and IT operations platforms.




Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/data solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI and data science solutions in production environments.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Practical experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with data analysis, machine learning, and statistical techniques
Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or AI automation is highly desirable
