Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India for an Internship & Training Partnerships Executive in the edtech sector. The role involves identifying and building partnerships with companies and institutions to create internship and training opportunities for engineering graduates. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential partners, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating and formalizing collaboration agreements, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.



The executive will coordinate with internal teams to align partner needs with SkillDzire’s programs, track partnership performance, and prepare regular reports and updates. The role also includes supporting events, workshops, and initiatives that promote SkillDzire’s training and internship offerings.
Qualifications
Ability to build and manage partnerships with corporate, academic, and training organizations, including strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience or interest in the edtech or education sector, particularly in internships, campus engagement, or training programs for engineering graduates.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally in meetings and events.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple partnerships, follow-ups, and reports simultaneously.
