Role Description The Donor Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, responsible for building, nurturing, and managing relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing donor communication strategies,



coordinating annual giving campaigns, and maintaining accurate donor records and reports. The role involves collaborating with program teams to develop impact stories and proposals, organizing donor visits and events, and ensuring timely acknowledgments, updates, and stewardship activities. The Donor Relations Manager will monitor project progress related to funded initiatives, prepare periodic reports for donors, and support fundraising goals through proactive engagement and relationship management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Donor Relations and Donor Management, with experience in cultivating, stewarding, and retaining donors.
Knowledge of Annual Giving and Philanthropy, including campaign planning and understanding of fundraising best practices.
