Role Description The Junior Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, the team member will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and tracking basic performance metrics such as engagement and reach.



The role involves collaborating with designers and senior marketers to support campaigns, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas for current content formats. The Junior Social Media Manager will also help with basic reporting, competitor research, and staying informed about social media trends relevant to clients’ industries.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in social media content creation, including caption writing, basic graphic or video editing, and platform-native posting.
Understanding of core social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices for engagement and audience growth.
Ability to conduct simple research on trends, competitor activity, and target audiences to support content planning and ideation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency in tone of voice.
