We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and build solid relationships with businesses, founders, and decision-makers.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their business requirements, scheduling meetings, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into clients.

This is a target-driven, client-facing sales role with a strong focus on B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
Generate leads through LinkedIn,



cold calling, cold emailing, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with founders, CEOs, business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
Introduce DRAFTEX and understand the prospect's business requirements.
Identify opportunities for branding, website development, UI/UX, digital marketing, social media, content, and other DRAFTEX services.
Conduct initial client conversations and qualify leads.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings with potential clients.
Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and proposals.
Maintain and update the CRM/lead database.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and support the closing process.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
