Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships while handling customer support and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.




Manage premium and high-profile clients professionally.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Convert inquiries and leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch, and issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and achieve sales targets.
Requirement
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer handling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months–1 year experience in Customer Support, Sales, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
Preferred: B2B Sales, Agency Sales, E-commerce, Premium/Luxury Retail, Hospitality, or Account Management experience.
