Role Overview: This role combines direct sales with total customer relationship ownership. Operating as an Individual Contributor (IC) , you will take complete charge of converting high-value leads, managing complex client engagements, and driving predictable business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal design and execution teams to ensure seamless project handovers and consistently maintain ultra-luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

 Own and achieve annual sales targets across bespoke luxury interior projects.
 Drive conversions on high-value leads and upcoming developments to ensure steady closures.
 Create a robust sales pipeline to generate revenue and conversion efficiency.
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales timelines.

2. Customer Relationship Ownership:

 Manage the end-to-end customer journey from qualified inquiry to final conversion.
 Maintain clear, consistent, and high-touch communication with clients until the project is formally handed over to the design team.
 Cultivate long-term client trust and advocacy through transparency, reliability, and responsiveness.
