Business Analyst / Delivery Lead Banking Card Personalization Systems

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Delivery Lead capabilities to manage requirements and Agile delivery for banking, card issuance, EMV, and personalization systems. The role involves working with banking clients, personalization teams, operations, QA, and development teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse requirements for card issuance, personalization, EMV processing, and banking workflows.

Analyse input formats such as CSV, fixed-length files, XML/JSON, APDU responses, and device integrations.

Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, data mapping, and functional specifications.

Understand the end-to-end card lifecycle issuance, embossing, personalization, and dispatch.

Act as a bridge between clients, operations, development, QA, and hardware teams.

Support developers with application logic, APIs, data formats, and integrations.





Participate in testing, UAT, certification, and production validation.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and track delivery milestones.

Required Skills

Solid experience in Banking/Payments, preferably card issuance and personalization.

Good knowledge of EMV, APDU commands, and card data structures.

Experience In Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, And Data Mapping.

Knowledge of C#/.NET applications, APIs, and system integrations.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with CSV, fixed-length, XML, JSON, validation rules, and data processing.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

4 - 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with exposure to Delivery Lead/Agile roles in banking, payments, or card technology.
