Role Description This is a full-time Architect role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with some flexibility for work from home. The Architect will participate in concept development, schematic design, and detailed design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, integrating sustainability and functionality in every solution.



Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, reviewing technical details, and contributing to design research and documentation. The role involves site visits for assessments, design implementation checks, and collaboration with project teams to ensure adherence to design intent, safety, and local regulations. The Architect will work closely with clients, presenting design options, incorporating feedback, and supporting project delivery from initial brief to completion.
Qualifications
Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and sustainable design principles.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar 2D/3D and visualization tools.
