Designation: General Manager – High Pressure Moulding Line -DISA HPM LINE
Experience: 15–20+ years overall; preferably 10+ years directly handling high-production moulding lines
Industry Type : Auto components / ductile iron / grey iron / steel or non-ferrous foundry
Location: Jamshedpur / Adityapur preferred; candidates willing to relocate can also be considered
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or related discipline
*Role Description*
Must-have:Proven experience managing high-pressure/high-production moulding operations, preferably in an automotive-component environment.
Team management: Should be capable of managing large shop-floor manpower, multiple shifts and supervisors.
Production:



Daily production planning, OEE, productivity, rejection reduction, downtime control and achievement of dispatch targets.
Process: Robust understanding of moulding parameters, pattern/tooling, sand control, mould quality and coordination with melting, pouring, fettling and machining.
Quality: Experience with root-cause analysis, rejection reduction, customer quality requirements and process standardisation.
Maintenance: Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown reduction and preventive maintenance.
Leadership: Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven production environment and taking ownership of output.
Preferred exposure: Lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SAP/ERP and automotive quality systems.
