Role Description The Video Editor role at Vigyata Niti is a full-time, on-site position based in Goa, India. This role involves editing video content for various campaigns and platforms, including cutting footage, sequencing clips, and refining narratives to meet project objectives and brand guidelines. The Video Editor will perform color grading, integrate motion graphics and visual elements, and collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to translate concepts into compelling video outputs. Daily tasks include organizing raw assets, ensuring technical quality, preparing files for publishing,



and maintaining consistent visual standards across projects.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating polished, narrative-driven content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, style alignment, and high-quality image finishing.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements and enhance storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and strategy teams.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
