Responsibilities
Academic ResponsibilitiesDeliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in core MLT subjects.Conduct and supervise laboratory practical sessions.Develop and revise curriculum in line with UGC and industry standards.Prepare academic documentation including lesson plans, course files, and evaluation reports.Adopt innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
Research & PublicationsAssociate ProfessorPublish research papers in UGC-CARE / Scopus indexed journals.Guide postgraduate dissertations.Apply for minor/major funded research projects.Present research at conferences and seminars.
ProfessorLead funded research projects and research clusters.Secure national/international grants.Supervise Ph.D. scholars.Publish in high-impact journals and contribute to patents and innovations.Foster interdisciplinary and industry collaborations.
Academic Leadership & AdministrationAssociate ProfessorParticipate in curriculum development committees.Assist in NAAC/NIRF documentation.Organize academic workshops, seminars, and FDPs.Support internship and hospital tie-ups.
