Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Officer role based in Coimbatore. The Retail Sales Officer will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized guidance on jewellery selection while ensuring an engaging in-store experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features,



explaining pricing and offers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate billing and documentation. The role involves supporting visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store upkeep to ensure displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards. The Retail Sales Officer will also contribute to lead generation, follow up with prospective customers, meet sales targets, and adhere to company policies and ethical business practices.
