Job Summary
MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer to join our Project team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 4+ years of experience in Mechanical Design and Drafting . The selected candidate will work on elevator component design, simulations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects.
Roles Responsibilities
Coordinate proactively with Sales teams and customers to understand non-standard requirements and technical specifications
Verify production drawings to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with manufacturing requirements
Prepare manufacturing drawings for non-standard orders as per customer and project specifications
Manage order allocation, prioritization, and workflow to ensure efficient and timely order processing
Lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth execution of orders
Coordinate procurement of non-standard materials required for production
Ensure proper documentation control and timely release of drawings for manufacturing
Perform any tasks assigned by the manager
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks Sheet Metal Part Modeling
Good understanding of Mechanical Components and Design
Familiarity with technical drawing standards
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical OR Automobile Engineering
Experience: Candidates with up to 4+ Years of relevant experience and elevator design experience preferred
